You've mentioned in the past that you are on the paleo diet. Are you still on this diet? In your experience did you end up losing a lot of weight? I'm not asking from a fitness point of view. I'd like to get stronger at the weight I'm at now without losing too mug weight. In your experience is the paleo diet helpful to this end?
I still follow the Palodiet for the most part.
I was thin when I started the diet, so I never lost a lot of weight. I find following the diet strictly, I need to be careful to eat enough to keep my weight from dropping lower than I want.
I think Paleo type diets are good for athletes who are concerned about their strength to weight ratio as you will tend to lose body fat while the protein content of the diet is high enough to maintain or build muscle mass.
Not sure about diet but refrain from mixing beer and cheese because you will get diarhhea...
