Hey what's up man. My name's Damian, and I've been reading about your open mat sessions on Saturday. Good stuff. I live about 200 miles south of Garden Grove; I was thinking of stopping by the area one of these days though; I think I'd gain some good experience from it. Would it be cool if I just stopped by the Open mat sessions and joined in on the sparring one of these days? I'm not formally practicing Gongfu right now (I have a little bit of past experience), but I'm definitely always into learning whatever I can, whenever I get the chance.

Haha, no, not Mexico, but very close. I live in Westmorland, California, which is a tiny desert town (population 1,200 haha) that is about 36 miles from the border, which is Mexicali, the capital of Baja California. There's only 2 Gongfu schools in the whole Imperial Valley (where I live), and the rest are crappy Karate "McDojos" that mostly focus on point-fighting and forms. Anyway, thanks for the warm welcome, I'll try to make it there as soon as I get a chance.
