Hi Tim.

Long time reader of these boards, first time poster. I hope you don't mind me asking, but what is your own personal training schedule like? As a person who runs and personally teaches all the classes at the school, I was wondering what you do to practice your own stuff, and how you manage and balance the time demands.

Hi Jeff,
I spend between 30 hours a week on the mat teaching and training with my students.

I spend between one and two hours a day training on my own.

I spend about ten hours a week sparring with my friends, peers and students.

Hi Tim, what does your solo training consist of?

Mostly cardio and conditioning exercises, and bag work.

Tim, that's very interesting. Do you favour this type of training over the form and movement practice from taiji, bagua and xingyi, and if so, why?

Notice he doesn't talk about his Ninja training, remote viewing or chi bolts or his recent Ninja death mission to Thailand.
The truth is out there and you can't handle it.

The first rule of Tim training, you don't talk about Tim training.

The second rule of Tim training, you don't talk about Tim training.

I've seen video footage of some secret "Tim training" in Thailand, but we don't talk about that........

Too late. You are now "Marked for Death", which if you are a student "Seagalology", you realize that a posse of inept Jamaicans have now "Marked you for Death"....

Just make sure you fight them in a mall like the movie or you wil most certainly perish.

Good luck Chris, it's all about the blood oath and the mission.
