Hi Tim, on your classes page, you have the Shenwu combined class and the BJJ/submission wrestling class as both being from 7-9pm, mon-fri. So are the two classes being taught simultaneously?

Right. The first half of the class is focused on stand up fighting (striking and wrestling), the second half on ground fighting. The last half hour of every class is sparring.

We wear the gi on Monday, Wednesday, Friday for the second half of the class (BJJ), on Tuesday and Thursday the second half is no-gi submissions grappling.

I'll have to keep that in mind if I ever come down on a Friday night. What made you change the schedule if you don't mind me asking?
