I've been involved with IMA for some time time and love exploring new training methods. Recently i received a catalog in the mail that had your video. "True Balance Dynamics" in it. I have looked at the previous posts on the subject and I would like to know as far as martial skill is concerned, how does your true balance program work as far as developing power and whole body connection? And what is a good number of reps to do each exercise?

The method is generic, it deals with proper structural alignment and unified movement, the results carry over into any athletic endeavor.
The number of reps depends on the individual's particular physical conditionand goals.
