Alain Ngalani trains in Hong Kong and use to train at a gym where my BJJ class was held - I remember in a club grappling competition he at the finals the assistant BJJ instructor (who was about 190 lbs, and was also a 4th dan world class Judoka) got Alain in an arm bar from guard - Alain lifted the guy up with the one arm that was arm bared arm and slammed him on the mat (which ended the fight) - the guy is freakishly strong
