why do they always duck when they show vids of those flying knee knockouts? its like theyre asking to be kneed in the face, all they had to do was keep their hands up and back straight and the guy wouldnt be able to knee them in the head or even reach that high form the air.

The key to the flying knee is timing. It's not a luck thing. I teach a drill to my fighters in which you initiate the flying knee with the "change of level" of your opponent...grappler's shot.

I like Kid's athletic ability, but his attitude sucks.

I dont dive towards the floor ready to eat a knee in the face. IN fact I always keep my back straight unless I try ducking under a hook and these flying knees are basically a guy running form far away at you and it's like what else would you expect? In those situations you only move backwards or circle I would never dive at them ro try tackling them.
