Because I thought so highly of those dvds I took the liberty of sending Plum Publishers a review that I had done and they put it up on their website.

I mean what I said in that review; you folks really did a fine job with that project. Having a realistic set of responses to the stock grappling attacks is so important.

Glad to help. I took a solid 20 pages of notes from that dvd for my personal training notebook. Which kind of reflects how valuable I thought it was (when I say 20 pages of notes...that includes my non-award winning drawings!).

I travel alot for my newish job and have now a four month old daughter at home (and for the 9 months before that I had a very pregnant wife at home) so Saturday and Sunday are my days to get stuff done at home.... and nap.
I do go to bed every Friday night convinced that I'll go work out on Saturday. I'll be back some time soon.
