Tim & Shenwu students,

As a beginner in BGZ how would I recognize good Ba Gua from bad Ba Gua? Other than good posture and smooth movement what else should I look for.

Sometimes I go to a school that adveritise BGZ and I'm just not sure how to recognize if what they are doing is correct.

Are their specific things unique to the Sun Style?

How about the Gao Style?

What about Yin Fu style?

Some people may look real good but cannot apply any of what they supposedly do. Beware of paper tigers.
