could you outline what your standing practice consists of?
I'd be interested in duration, mind-set and postural fufillments.
Also, I've noticed that 'Standing" is highly prized and an enduring practice across a multitude of Chinese Martial art cirricula, especially among high level practitioners.
I also note that it is a daily part of your training as you had mentioned before. Just wanted to pick your brain as to why.
I undertand the benefit in terms of where I am at in my personal study.
I'm interested in your thoughts as someone "a lot further down the road" in these practices.
