Tim,

I was practicing the rise drill fall overturn exercise and then I kinda of had a lightbulb.

Is the plum flower palm(mei hwa chang) that eric lou uses conected to the above stated exercise?
I feel like the end of drill at the top seems to be the same palm shape.
It seems like if in santi posture if doing the plum flower palm just seems to be a smaller version of the rise drill overturn exercise.
Using both hands with the conection from the hip.
Kinda of like a wire from the ground or a coil.
Also with the intention going through the index finger reaching for the million dollars.
It seem to make the whole body connected combined with the barbel imagery.
The more I keep the intention with the million dollars combined with drilling through the index finger the wire gets tighter and tighter.
Or am I just playing with blue fairies tim?

Steve,
The rise, drill, fall, overturn exercise is from the Gao style, so there should be similarities to the palm position of my teacher.

Stop playing with fairies.
