"The Science of Internal Strength Boxing

By Zhang Nai qi, originally published in Shanghai (1933) .In explanation of this science, Zhang delves into the practices of martial arts, meditation, qigong, medicine and psychology. These subjects provide a multi faceted examination of the internal arts and a detailed inspection of the importance of the structural disposition known as (fu shi xiung kuan) or rather, \"firm abdomen and open chest\". The importance of this structural/disposition is undoubtedly the centerpiece of Zhang’s writings."
