Does anyone know where I could see video of actual Bagua fighters using the art for it's martial applications? There are alot of Bagua clips on the internet but all I have found is solo practitioners in these videos. I really want to see how it's applied. Thanks

click on any of the clips across the top of the screen.
If you pause your Quicktime Player and use
the -> to advance frame by frame, you'll see a bunch of Bagua techniques.
Sorry, I should have been more specific. What I meant was actual fight clips of someone using bagua to defend themselves or others.
There was one clip I saw, called "Another Bagua fight". ed2k://|file|another_bagua_fight.WMV|4299344|B838683E33586D90BB683A0C046911E7|/
Thank you for the replies. Sebastian yes I have seen that one. Any others out there?
Thanks again.
Nathan, i ask you not to think that this is bagua!

Hi
I could'nt access the link
while writing does anyone have any other links like that
yeah my dick is really tiny so i dont know what your talking about
I saw some clips a while back. At first it looked like a typical tournament match, with both guys kind of dancing around and jabbing, and then all of a sudden one of them executed the first palm change so fast you could hardly see it and threw his opponent. Match lasted about three minutes, with that type of action, lots of throws and evasions.
Oh, its right here on this board...

Man, thats not Bagua as I've seen it before (http://emptyflower.stanford.edu/video/another_bagua_fight.WMV) I know they're competing, but all their alignments are out and they don't even seem to be using any fa jing. Try contacting someone at www.yinstylebagua.com for some information.. I must say though, I'd love to see some hardcore footage myself! Good Luck
neither one of them has a clue about striking!
but that yellow dude tossed his ass aroud like nothing.he's lucky he wasn't fighting a wrestler!!
I studied with a Ba Gua teacher who knew a lot about the fighting applications and this resembles a lot of what he showed me. The initial attack is the single palm change and the rolling and throwing is from a few of the other changes.
so only the guy in yellow was good enough to
apply it or was he that much better?
The guy in black had the hand positioning and the look of a Yin style guy. But he was most definitely outclassed in that match.
that's the least you can say!
he killed him!
It just goes to show how important the "clinch" is in any fight situation. The guy in the yellow had good timing.
