FYI Marc McYoung once wrote that he learned better falling methods in gymnastics than in judo or aikido.

This is a very important topic - I hope to see some responses from the experienced grapplers on this board.

Go take a grappling class. If you're in the US, judo or greco/roman wrestling will probably be the most accessable to you.

I think there's some footage of Meynard doing some pretty falls on the Virtual Academy.
