Tim's Discussion Board: Ba Gua Zhang : Seventy Two Hidden Kicks of BaguaZhang: Archive through June 21, 2002

Who you caling a Troll. Sifu Scott O DEll is just my internet name. You dump ass.

By Shane on Tuesday, June 18, 2002 - 11:19 pm: Edit Post

"dump ass"--well, you really showed him.

In Chinese, doesn't 'Sifu' simply mean "one who has gone before" ? And why would an English speaking person want to be called a Chinese word?

I mean, if you have Chinese speaking students- they'd call you 'Sifu' or 'LouShi'(teacher) but
an English speaking student would just call you 'teacher' or 'Scott' or 'Dump Ass' if that's your given name.

An English speaking teacher letting an English speaking student call him 'Sifu' is agreeing that they both are hung up on some Saturday afternoon KungFu Theater crap. Cause when you think about it- it's just downright silly.

Shane Your post is dump. Why post something dump and silly.

Since this topic went to all hell. One more letter off the topic wont kill anyone.

Why is everybody attacking David Chan. Hes like a nice old man that doesnt speak bad about anybody. For real.

I would never diss a teacher that is not infront of my face because its not nice and it encourages more sheisty behavior. It really is pretty low.

Here let me give you an example. I don't really like Frank Allen, student of BK Frantzis that much at all. I have my personal reasons which I will never share to the public. But one day when I feel ready and when I have the time, I will challenge his top students, and then tell Frank Allen, something cool from a kung fu movie. This is my personal bussiness and my personal grief. You will never know why I feel like this or why I choose to do what I choose to do, because my life is not a movie and I have nothing to proove to the ShenWu disscussion board.

I will though complain about my cooky governemnt openly because of my constitutional right.

Another point is that, Park Bok Nam does not have problems with David Chan, and I'm sure David Chan does not have problems with Park Bok Nam. Why are their students being bad and creating the atmosphere for all of this. Did you not see Star Wars episode two?! The dark side has casted its shroud. I wouldnt be surprised if Big Ron is the Sith behind all of this retarted nonsence.

So in essence lets not talk sh*t and lets act.

Peace my internal brothers and sisters.

HiddenPalm - a fly in the wind, not yet a dragon. (I like that). If what I am means that I am fly, then you dont want to know when I become a dragon. You really dont want to know. In the spirit of what I just wrote, you shouldnt even care anyways.

I smell the blacktaoist. He spells "dumb" as "dump" all of the time. Not that I don't
respect the man, but I'm just pointing out one
of his signatures...

By xiao speculation on Wednesday, June 19, 2002 - 04:42 pm: Edit Post

Oh, yeah, "Big Ron" all over again.

By xiao speculation on Wednesday, June 19, 2002 - 04:42 pm: Edit Post

Errr . . . wasn't talking about you, sysop.

Hidden Palm,

Your "example" is showing a lot of immaturity and lack of self respect. Especially because you don't even post under your own name. Why bring up a challenge that you don't even intend to make? I'm just letting you know that its hard to take anything you say seriously.

Sincerely,
-Jess O'Brien

xiao_gong_fu ,

Your real name is Ross right? It is not nice setting the BT up that way.

Hidden Palm,

I think I have an axe to grind against a teacher somewhere or someplace.

He must be a such and such and so and so.But I will refrain from spilling any details about such and such and so and so.However I am not as ethical as you so I will not name names.

Do post some photos after your challenge in about five, ten, fifteen -oh never mind it,ll never happen-years.

However if it does it could prove comical to see some of Ol Frank's Celtic Artwork Tattoooed over your whipped "ethical"and most likely very old A$$

By Randall on Thursday, June 20, 2002 - 12:13 am: Edit Post

What does BT have to do this post? Him and our clan having do with this post and issue between David Chan students and Park Nam. Please do not mention BT name without any evidence of his "proposed" involvement. Anybody could have spelled that word as "dump" or "dumb". xiao_gong_fu - how do you know the black taoist signature? I've trained with him for several years and I never seen his sig. So how do you know what is? HMmmmmmmmmmmmmm sounds like a punk ass setup to me....

Cool Hand Luke - thanks for making your comment you made earlier...again BT has nothing to do with this argument.

By the way David Chan and the Black Taoist are good friends... The Black Taoist doesn't have time for Internet warrior battles do to his busy schudule consisting of another trip to China in a few weeks and his involvement with his classmate (Maoshan) in setting up the All Pa Kua Tournament coming this Sept...

By Robert Mazurczyk on Thursday, June 20, 2002 - 10:16 am: Edit Post

David Chan is a fake. He is a good-for-nothing teaching fake song style hsing Yi and Pa Kua.

   By xiao_gong_fu on Thursday, June 20, 2002 - 03:47 pm: Edit Post

Ugh. First of all, yes, I could be wrong. I was
just pointing out that BT uses "dump"
consistently, more than any other kung fu
message board poster that I have come across.
Not a big deal, we all make typos and spell things
incorrectly; it isn't a judgement of someone's
character.

It seemed like "Scott O'Dell" was being sarcastic
when he said he was glad he found a true master
like master Park (I am not commenting on master
Park here...). In light of this, and the huge
discussion over at KFO (in which BT makes his
opinion's about master Park _very_ clear):

http://forum.kungfumagazine.com/forum/showthread.php?s=&threadid=12936

(apparently Mr. BT had time to fight warrior
battles over there)

It was not completely unreasonable to think that
perhaps BT was posting under a pseudonym.

This has nothing to do with BT's honor, or the
honor of your school. Get over yourselves, and
leave your ego out on the curb. Some of you guys
are so quick to jump to conclusions without even
reading things carefully. If BT wants, he can
say, "Nope, that was not me. You are mistaken."
THAT'S IT. There's no need for all this chest
bumping BS, especially from martial
artists. Sure, learn to fight. Learn to fight
well. But learn to be a real man. Not the kind
of real man you see in the action movies, but
the kind of real man that doesn't talk so much
and loses his temper at the drop of a hat.
Perhaps it was inappropriate for me to even
mention the BT's name. I apologize to HIM if he
thinks that I was "setting him up." Setting him
up for what? I'm sure BT has a sense of humor
and would not freak out. So shame on me for
trying to make a neutral comment (neutral in
terms of emotion, judgement, whatever). I had
nothing to gain from what I said. And shame on
the lot of you who responded with your swords
loosed, ready to strike. Again, I have nothing
to gain by saying this - I say this with the slim
chance that maybe you'll think before you get all
angry and maybe take what I say to heart. I can
admit that I could be wrong (no proof that I am
wrong yet), can you admit...anything?

But to all who responded, thank you. I've learned
a lot from you guys.

Remember:

"Karate here [points to head]. Karate here
[points to heart]. Karate NEVER here
[points to gut]."

- Mr. Miyagi

By CoolHandLuke on Thursday, June 20, 2002 - 07:09 pm: Edit Post

Well perhaps...but thanks anyway for not posting any disgusting Superman photos.

I dont think my 'sides' could take the pain.

Hey Randall and Cool-Hand-Luke, I smell David Chan students fabricating the BT signature. I could be wrong, But I think xiao gong fu is David Bliss not Sifu Ross. Both of these posters writing Style are the same.

By blacktaoist on Thursday, June 20, 2002 - 11:02 pm: Edit Post

I wasn't going to hit this at first because the sh*t is damn funny to me. Instead of motherf***** wasting time worrying about the next man they should worry about practicing and getting better. I had a good time with my girl today in the Village (NYC)...then my friend David who is a student of David Chan gave me a call. He told me to go to Shenwu because my name is mention on the site. As I look at this post it couldn't get any funnier. First let me set the record straight...I have no beef with Sifu David Chan and I respect the man greatly. Two, I have no beef with Park Nam but motherf****** can't comprehend what they read. My viewpoint is based on my experience with his students not Pak himself...Read and comprehend. Let's keep it real - anybody can fabricate a user account on this board. Anybody can take my grammatical errors or style of writing to my disadvantage. Did I post as a different person on this board - NO. That is not my style. If I'm going to say anything about anybody I can say it in their face - this applies to Kungfuonline as well. As Xiao posted one of my earlier posts from Kungfuonline - let me say that I can handle myself very f***** well. The bottom line is that there must be the same person posting as different people. They must be from one of the rival commercial Pa Kua Chang schools. I'm not going to get into long debate on Tim's site because I respect the man - even though I've never met him. His site is one of the few sites that keep it real in the Internal Arts. I have to hit on this topic even though I’m not a student of Sifu Chan. A lot of you guys up on this board say that his Pa Kua and Hsing-I is fake but let me tell you something - Sifu Chan in my opinion is one of the highest level Internal practitioners that I know that can use his skill unrehearsed. How do I know? I crossed hands with him a few years ago when I first met him and he showed me a few pointers but would put most m*****f****** head to bed. This is not an advertisement - I'm keeping it real - so put up or shut up.

Bottom line - motherf******s need to grow up, get a life, and turn theory into function. I hope to see you Internet warriors at the tournament.

I can be reached at blacktaoist@hotmail.com

By David on Thursday, June 20, 2002 - 11:20 pm: Edit Post

None of the people talking smack about me on this board have ever met me in real life. The only people I have met are the Black Taoist, Randall and Cherry. And as far as they go, we are all on the same side so any attempts at pitting us against each other have already failed so stop before you begin.
I'd also like to say, that out of everyone on here there are only a small handful of people who actually post their real names along with their e-mail address. The rest of you are just jerking off behind a fake name. If you have something to say, fine, say it. At least have the balls to identify yourself though. I'm not going to write anymore on here. My e-mail address has been available ever since my first post and is still available. I haven't received one e-mail since this whole thing started. If anyone wants to discuss me or my teacher then feel free to e-mail me and get to know me. If not, then at least identify yourself so that I may have the chance of meeting you one day to discuss it further with you.

TO XIAO

""In light of this, and the huge
discussion over at KFO (in which BT makes his

Of course TBT had some things to say on that post on KFO.- all of that information is factual and no one can dispute the information.

""It was not completely unreasonable to think that
perhaps BT was posting under a pseudonym.""

TBT or any one from our crew do not need to use a pseudonym. If we have anything to say we can say it face to face.

""This has nothing to do with BT's honor, or the

What the hell are you talking about? This has everything to do with BT's honor because you accused him of being the mystery writer. What ego are you talking about? Because we don’t hold
our tongue? Because we don’t live in fantasy world like most Pa Kua Chang practionters? We
are warriors so what seem to you like us jumping to conclusion is just us confronting an issue.
How do you know about be a real man? How do you define that? Because I stepped to this
this post with authority? A real man can talk or not talk, he can shout or be quiet. A REAL MAN has no problem showing his face to anyone.

Damn, you guys sure are fighting it out here. This thread was full of good info in the first twenty or thirty posts but now it's all about who can make the most noise on the internet. Tim even tried to bring it around and put it back on topic but nobody seemed to notice. This has become a sad joke. Unless your face to face, none of this means squat. Why take any of this serious? This thread was starting to yield some important information and all anybody can add is, I can kick your A$$. So what my sifu can kick your A$$. So what, my sifu can kick your sifu's A$$, so what, my grandmaster can kick your sifu's A$$, so what, blah blah blah... Bagua fighters look like a joke on a public forum when this is the best they can contribute to a discussion. Maybe you guys can fight, but it aint gonna happen here. :D :D :D

BTW david, FYI I was count before there was an internet. But you know who am for real. I was going to reply tonight to your e-mail, but my box was full of this $hit. Maybe tomorrow.:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D

Jim Kelly said it best; "man you are something straight out of a comic book". This whole discussion is something straight out of a comic book.

I would write more, but I "am too busy looking good".

Thanks for the laughs,
take care,
