Tim,
I really enjoy the zhao bao conditioning exercises you showed me an I was bummed when I missed you the last time you were in New York.

What is the next step of training and could you please discuss he overall progression of training in the zhao bao system?

Are there other exercises to learn or do I start learning the form next? When is push hands typically introduced into the training?

First the basic exercises, then the form, then partner training including sensitivity training and technique, then free sparring.

There are more basic exercises, but after the set you learned you can start learning the form. "Push Hands" training is not the typical touching-each-other's-arms-and-making-circles type. Most of the partner sensitivity training is done with body contact, with an emphasis on learning to "transform" the opponent's force into your own with every part of your body. The basic practice is introduced as soon as you start learning the form.

Wow, that sounds awesome. Thanks, Tim. Hopefully I catch you for a couple of hours when you are in town again.
