The thing I like about it over Yang Style is that it cons help develop good balance. A lot f the form puts all the body's weight on one leg which is a great way to strengthen the whole body. I used to think that Sun style looked wimpy because of the high stance. From my shaolin background the power the stance the better which I still think is true but having he right on one leg is definitely another good method of strengthening the body.
I also like how the arms are kept close with not that many grand motions.
It would be interesting to see Sun style
It would be cool to see a Push hands competition of sun stule practicioners vs other styles just to see which body method develops the best power generation. It's hypothetical obviously and one never just trains one thing at a time but it would be interesting from a body method point of view.
Then why don't you marry it?
