Some similar applications, but I's say the majority are fairly different.

There are some obviously choreographed fight scenes, but they illustrate linked applications well.


The clip was on the YouTube page of TianShanWarrior. I noticed it after he posted a comment on my YT page about how much Tim's last DVD benefited his own training.

I just found footage from my trip to Thailand. (if you look closely, you can see me introducing the Thai's to the art of 'chairing on' the competition). That was a great night.
