Hi
I bought this book "Classical Northern Wu style Ti Ji Quan" and itīs really good - but a book is still a book and if you donīt have a teacher thatīs in to that style a dvd ( a good instructional dvd ) is better.
Does anyone have any idea where I can buy a dvd on northern wu style tai chi?
