Hi Tim and other Sun Taiji guys,
In doing the Sun form what speed do you do it at. Fast, normal(like xingyi & bagua, like normal walking pace), or slow like other Taiji forms?
I believe Tim once mentioned about how you could do this form at a faster speed which would also give you somewhat of a cardiovascular workout.
It takes me about 4.5 to 5 minutes to do the form.
The standard is between seven and eight minutes for one round.

Picked up Study of Taijiquan, gratz on the translation.
Any thoughts on translating his Bagua books, or the one on the Essence of Boxing I think it's called.
No plans to translate any more of Sun's works at present.
