I was watching Mike sigma video recently
very interesting way to explain the things
make sense also.

as i am tired see video or books talking about so esoterical QI and all the strange things as seem like magical HAHA

but in sun style how this Groud path can be apply
as the foot are always moving it seams not so easy to do compare the other style

any clue????
