Here is a preview of Tim's new DVD,
Sun Style Taijiquan DVD-1 (part of a 4 DVD set!).

DVD-1 is 90 minutes of instruction and DVDs 2,3 & 4 are one hour each. The amount of information on each DVD is staggering and there was simply no way to put everything in one, 5 hour DVD.

Got the book yesterday. Best description of taiji alignment, movement and mindset I've ever seen. Can't wait for DVD's.

Thanks for the heads up Mike. I've just completed my order @ Amazon. The book should arrive in 10 days or so.
Sun Lu Tang is an historical figure who's story and experiences interest me greatly.
Even though I don't formally practice Sun style, I feel that I learn a lot from Tim's works in general, as well as those specifically about Sun Lu Tang.

Looks good.I have ordered the book which should be here by the end of the month.

My teacher trained with Sun Jianyun over a thirteen year period and has been disillusioned with some of the things that have happened since her passing.Hopefully this book and DVD set will address some of his concerns and guide people in the right direction.
