Congratulations to Eric Winston on his victory tonight at the BAMA MMA event "Bad Beat 8."

Eric submitted his opponent with a rear naked choke in the first round, improving his pro MMA record to 4 and 1.

Eric has gained three of his four victories with first round submissions.

As his coach, I couldn't be prouder!

p.s. Big John McCarthy was reffing Eric's fight, after the fight, as we left the ring Big John patted me on the back and told me I did a good job as the coach. I will never wash that shirt again.
