Can anyone tell me about Shuai Chiao? I'd like to look into competing and I'm wondering what kind of training is necessary. Is Shuai Chiao and event or a style? Do the tournaments allow competitors from other styles?

If you haven't found a shuai-jiao school in SoCal area, try contact sifu Mark Cheng. I was told he's a very good instructor; he also teaches Yang Tai Ji.
