(im kidding) very effective, im a judoka, and when youre against a judoka who also knows jiu jitsu... WATCH OUT! youre in for a long haul of continuous grapples. It seems now that if i wanna get anywhere in the m.a. world, i have to learn jiu jitsu. bravo! train hard
