Rickson was very generous with his time and knowledge, it was extremely helpful.

It's weird Shane, I didn't manage to submit him once. I think he's been practicing.

Rickson talks a lot about structure, leverage and weight distribution. He also emphasizes maintaing proper connection with the opponent at all times.

Summing up what it feels like rolling with him I'd say no matter what you do it ends up being helpful to Rickson.

rickson came to fabio santos' place in san diego. It was limited admission so I pretty much said eff it. It wouldve been cool to experience that. Maybe someday in the future.
