Thanks for info
The book you mention is the one I have
I looked in the back of the book and even if thereīs lot of videos thereīs nothing about chinese wrestling
I did send the company an email asking them if there would be a video to the book for some time ago but I didnīt got any answer from them and I have looked at the site several times hoping there would be a video that would go with the book but I havenīt seen it. There is however something called xiaoyaoshuai but I dont know if thatīs the same thing being showed in the book or if thatīs a different kind of wrestling, I think that thereīs different styles, Tim mentioned all of them in a thread somewhere on the board.
Itīs a pity īcause even if the book is easy to "read", lots of pictures and arrows how you move and stuff, itīs a different thing to actually see it "live".

That's a good DVD. I even use some of their training methods in my yoga class.
Thanks Tim for info
The dvdīs Are they all Kuai Jiao - style or are they differents styles?
Tobias
There are three major styles of Chinese Shuai Jiao;
Beijing style, Tianjin style and Baoding style (also known as Kuai Jiao or "fast wrestling" because the object is to throw at first contact, without prolonged grip figting).
Thanks again Tim
Iīm guessing they put out which style it is on the dvd but I just wonder how you tell the difference if you, as I, canīt read chinese and if you want the Kuai Jiao - style.
