I bet I've seen Megaton throw opponents in competition with his Tomoe Nage a dozen times, it's a beautiful throw.
it seemed, (like many BJJ practitioners) that his opponent didn't really have much of a game plan for the standup portion of the fight.
of course, the inverse could be said of the average judoka, who wouldn't do much but try to survive on the ground for as long as possible in most BJJ tourneys.
Even in judo circles, Megaton is respected. Here's a video of Megaton and Dan Camarillo in an old judo tournmanet in 1993:
