The Attack Proof book is pretty good but the web site makes me wonder. There is a video clip (attackproof.com) which demonstrates a defense for one against three. The defender deliberately goes to the ground and uses kicks and a lot of sissors against the attackers. The spins on his shoulder look like break dancing. I have some doubts about this method. Comments? Would include the link if I knew how.
