This is an excerpt from that work. There are now three volumes, the third being all strength/conditioning and theoretical (periodization etc).
It includes only one throw, Gadavlia, but it's inspiring in it's depth, detail and analysis. Igor is obviously a gifted athlete, but he's also a brilliant and very well educated coach.
He used to allow foreign students to stay and train at his school, as shown by Sambo Steve or Aaron Koepler and Gregg from Miletich, but I don't think they do that there anymore. Much to my disappointment. Since traveling to China for training I have been looking for a similar experience in grappling, and have hoped maybe eastern europe and judo/sambo. But no luck yet.
