I've read some info on Tru-Balance, but has anyone purchased this product? Tim, can I get more details about it? What does the material look like?

I have been practising the material shown on the video daily for the last few months and like it very much. Tim seems to have modified qigong exercises that I was already familiar with from sets like the Baduajin to emphasize his take on posture and body mechanics.

The tape in question is about a decade old but well-produced and structured for home instruction. I'd recommend it as one of the best such instructional videos that I have seen in the last 15 years.

Of course, there's no substitute for personal instruction but this particular video is not a waste of time and money -- as long as you apply yourself while studying it,

And, by the way, Tim isn't paying me to write this. ;-}
