just curious, I don't recall you ever mentioning whether you meditate and what your appraoch to it is and just some general info.
Also wanted to say how much I enjoyed your article in Nei Jia Quan

Hi Peter,
For general info, I'd recommend reading Herbert Benson's books. I'd start with "The Relaxation Response" for a very clear explanation of the mechanics of all types of meditation.
Isn't meditation the same as light sleeping?
If it is then my wife shouldn't laugh at me when I insist that that's what I'm doing on the couch on Sunday afternoons.
To answer your question directly. Tim meditates for hours upon hours each day. He often rubs his chi while doing it, which makes him pretty tired. Then, because he's tired, goes back to meditation where he rubs his chi again, etc, etc, etc.
It's a vicious circle this meditation, however if done with complete mindfulness, one can achieve nirvana.
and a huge right forearm.
I guess I was meditating since I was 12 and I didn't even know it.
I'm meditating right now. it's slows down the typing- but its usually worth it.
I'm so strong and have such poweful chi that I've got some meditation scar tissue.

Are you positive you have meditative scare tissue or could it be an anal chi blockage.
