Circle walking.

Is it purely martial fighting form? Or is there something more to it?

The way I was taught circle walking was for martial arts usage and nothing more, though I feel that there have been benefits from it beyond purely martial arts application. I was never taught anything mystical about it.

Wasnt bagua merely dong hai chuans translation and mixture of what he learned from his collective study in martial arts? I read that he developed bagua after learning from taoist hermits.

Bruce Kumar Frantzis wrote in his book that walking in a circle charged your battery with doaist energy.


I like doing it because it's a good way to meditate and I don't have to memorize a whole form.

Didn't BK Fantzis have another way to charge his battery with energy which got him in some legal trouble?

How many times did he skip his electricity bill exactly?

what legal trouble did he get into? I heard he hit on peoples' wives.
