Hello master Cartmell.

what kind of training, what is the main balance point, and what exercises should you do to work your way up to that?

And how you didnt kick into it but just flowed into it, how exactly do you do that?

Hi Robert,

Doing a handstand correctly is fairly complicated at first, and there are different methods of training for different types of inversions.

In general, kicking into a handstand with the arms straight is the easiest method, various types of presses into the handstand are more difficult.
