as a free trial, it only shows one throw of about 15 or so. However, check it out. It's an amazing set-up/execution on a common idea. The analysis of the one throw is amazing, including combos, defences and supplementary exercises. It's cool.

I wish that there was something like this for Judo or BJJ or even Effortless Combat Throws.
