Hey I heard some one praising their Chinese Master saying he said you should never ever drink cold water as it shocks the stomach, then later on in the conversation he was saying how his Chinese Master teaches you how to take a punch in the gut !! Oh Dear !! Maybe you should never let people punch you in the gut as it shocks the stomach !!!
