Shen Wu is the modern online equivalent of the great library of the Alexandria in Ancient Egypt. In place of scrolls there are posts. There are many Masters who attend this posting board and who “keep the scrolls” safe and pure.

In the ancient world when there were questions to which no one had the answers an individual went to the Oracle of Delphi or was directed to some mysterious hidden island and told to look for a blind or horribly disfigured individual. Today we have a resource greater than anything the world has previously known. The modern equivalent of the Oracle of Delphi: The Internet.

Aside from some freak porno action there are very useful and insightful resources online. Everyone knows about Google and Yahoo and the concept of search engines. Not everyone is aware of the techniques for conducting credible and accurate research online.

Briefly, some other search engines often overlooked.
http://www.alltheweb.com :includes mp3 and video search categories
http://www.webferret.com :includes meta search engine capabilities.
http://www.dogpile.com :another metasearch engine.
http://www.infopeople.org/search/chart.html :incredible meta capabilites and advanced searching utilities for academics and the like.

A few quick concepts to aid the online searcher:
Boolean expressions are the use of the word (in capital) AND or OR. Searching for an expression like hot dogs AND buns produces different results as does hot dogs OR hamburgers. Experiment it will all make sense!

To find exact matches put the words in quotes. In this way exact phrases from documents can be extracted. “Senior V” entered with quotes and with the word kung fu (not in quotes) in google will lead you directly to the ShenWu discussion board (top of the list). ……. "senior v" kung fu …………. Try…….. “Cartmell” books ……… to search for even more specific results try "Cartmell” kung fu books.

As well you can use google to find street addresses of people like so:
Firstname Lastname, L.A. CA. Make sure to use capital letters for first and last names followed by a comma (no space) and capitals and periods that follow in the example for above for the city and state. It does not work everytime but when it does…!
Example………. Jack Sera, L.A. CA. …………..

Copy and paste this one into google and see what google coughs up: John Smith,Strasburg,PA. …………
YOUR Welcome!!!!!!
Experiment and see what happens! In today’s world with the internet your only as stupid as you want to be.
