My friend Tom Campbell sent me this link, very good Zhao Bao Taijiquan. The narrator explains that contrary to the popular belief it takes a decade to develop real skill in Taijiuqan, with dedicated practice students should start fight competition after a year's training.

Zhao Bao is that the style or the teachers name? What Family is this? Chen? Very good.
I got from it stuff like-
If you do not progress in your Tai Chi fighting in six moths you should look for a different teacher. Tai Chi is not just for old people- if more young people started the art then in the future there will be more masters to proliferate it.
Also quoting the Tai Chi classics.
Among the best Tai Chi advertisements I have seen.
Now if I could only find a class like that.

Zhao Bao is a style, an offshoot of Chen style created by a member of the Chen clan, Chen Chingping, who married into the Zhao Bao village.

"If you do not progress in your Tai Chi fighting in six moths you should look for a different teacher."

Six moths should do it, but im usually good at five moths, then i move up to bees.

6 months- It sounded better in Chinese anyway.
Very cute robert i see your well. Nice to hear from you.

Tim: your so smart and very knowledgeable, it is kind of you to be so free and unselfish in providing answers on your precious time.
Zhao Bao style, via Chen chingping- even after decades of study I learn something so completely amazing that it tells me how much I still have to learn.
Thank you
