Hi
I work as a Physical therapist and part of my job is getting people from the couch and in to the gym and that is not an easy task to say the least. I´ve read that in my country - Sweden - 40 % of the population between 18 to 65 years are physical inactive and what that means is that their physical activity in a week is less than 2 1/2 hour and it´s not some organised workout in a gym I´m talking about here. The physical activity I´m talking about is stuff like taking the stairs instead of the elevator and so on.
I just wondered if the situation is the same in the states.
