Another possibility is that you are overworked, overstressed and have been mentally/emotionally worked over by life. Maybe you should get some rest and talk to a doc. It can't hurt. And no, I'm not being a "faggot" I've seen these situations before. That being said, someone or some group may be stalking you. I have no knowledge either way. I hope you find whatever help you need.
