Hi
Just wondering if there's new material planned to be recorded?
Not yet.
Hi Tim
Another dvd - question - In your opinion - if you decided to do another dvd - what kind of dvd do you think would be easiest to sell - one with cardio/strength - training or a Bagua/Taichi-dvd or a dvd with BJJ?
Regards
Tobbe
Tobbe,
I'm not really sure which would be easiest to sell, obviously a "generic" cardio/strength training DVD would have the widest appeal.
On the other hand, there are a lot of this type of DVD on the market already.
Yes, that's true -There are many cardio/strength dvds out there
But the majority I've seen lacks the ability to transmit the knowledge - to be able to explain it in a way that, if not everyone gets it, as many as possible
You need a good teacher to do that
When I watched the episode of "Rolled Up" with a certain Mr.Fuller appering in it he was saying that the stuff his co- owner brought with him was "selfdefense and exercises" then showing students doing some exercises during class.
Well I'm no expert but they looked both strengthning and cardioboosting to me not to mention good for one's flexibility and what I think is important - They looked really fun to do
Tobbe,
For similar work, you can take a look at "Bio Ginastica" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fsEA3w2aepM
"Ginastica Natural" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HDG8HacqGx4
and Feldenkrais ground work (based in large part on old Judo/Ju Jutsu exercise)

as well as regular BJJ basic exercises http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EXjP50SOwK4
Thank you very much Tim
