The stuff these kids are doing gets crazyer every time I see something new, it's starting to just look impossable!!! The thing about it is that it takes a lot of hard work and effort, Mostly I'd just like to learn to do it by breathing more and focusing on my chi.

The next Jackie Chan?
Holy !!! That is amazing! That guy's level of athleticism is incredible.

As much as I envy his skill, I would stay away from this kind of activity if you want your knees to work for you when you're 30-something.

This crazy Russian is just another reason why Russians are considered freakin crazy. It makes the French stuff look tame in comparison.

Thanks for the post Tim.

My knees hear you brother! I have never had any trouble with my knees at all, till I started doing Parkour, I don't know, maybe if you're ability is high, you can avoid this, and I think if done slowly you will strengthen the joints, but the first few times I went out I went a little crazy and paid for it.

I was watching all that. It is amazing, but I worry about their knees too. Good skill to have if your running from the popo though.

Watching these always makes me want to go out and get parkour crazy, but I think I might want to spend a few months with some gymnysts learning how to tumble correctly first lol.

I think it's probably easier on the knees if you weigh 87 lbs. like the guy in the film.
