I have studied under Master Su for the past five years. I recently asked him about Mike and he does not know who he is. As for Fabian, he only studied periodically under Master Su before he left for Italy, and now resides there. I'm very curious as to where you get your information. Please e-mail me if you wish.

Mabey I'm wrong about Mike and Su Dong chen...
He has told me some good things about Su laoshi, that lead me to belive they knew eachother.
I know Mike has lived with Gu Heming, and was the "in house" personal chef to Kumar Frantiz.
That says alot about his skills right there.
He is even mentioned in the front of B.K.Frantiz, "Power of the internal arts" book!
Although, he said that he never got any special training from B.K.F.

I traveled to Vegas to meet Mike.
He is classy, openminded genious, a generous host, and a great fighter.
Trust me when I say he's a badass..

WXW

P.S. You say that you study under Su laoshi.Thats awesome!
I would be interested in meeting, and training, with you guys, next time I head out wesy...
I didn't go to L.A. last time I was on the west coast, but, I would also like to meet you Tim,
If I am welcome, and with your permission.
I look foward to meeting you guys in a few months
Until then...
Train hard and eat well.

"I know Mike has lived with Gu Heming, and was the "in house" personal chef to Kumar Frantiz. That says alot about his skills right there."

What specifically does that fact say about his skills? That he is good at cooking massive quanities food?

I've done light sparring - playing with Torsten. He's a nice guy, but he aint all that when it comes to martial skill.

His punches do not feel like a thousand needles - he does a twisting thing with his punch that gives it a penetrating feel. I've been hit far harder.

His throws are not world class. In silat terms - he just pulls you to the tip of the triangle and spirals you - over and over and over - pretty much a one trick poney when we played.

Again he is a nice guy - but he's not an elite fighter. Though, unlike many Internal "masters" he is very willing to get out there and spar and play in unrehearsed situations with people that are not his students - for that he deserves credit.

Bottom line,....Mike is a very talented high level martial artist.

You don't get invited to "LIVE", with masters like that, if your a punk!...do the math.

Oh, thats true, very few IMA teachers dare to do this! You are right.

But this guy seems to be willing to test his own skills. That means that he has a good potential to develop his skill in the future!

ill take both of em, at the same time, with one arm.

Robert,

maybe the only problem is, that Torsten is too nice?

Where do you meet Torsten?

Paul

By Robert on Monday, December 12, 2005 - 01:59 pm: Edit Post

Paul,

Your probably right. He is very nice and polite. That probably explains it all. Out of curiosity Paul, what country are you from?

WXW

I've got some pretty rich friends. They have a live in gal that cooks for them. Is she a high level financial advisor? Is the Whitehouse cook a world-class international negotiator?

Do the logic.

Mike can cook.
Kumar likes to eat.
Therefore Mike is a bad@$$ martial artist.

Hello Robert,

Have you ever met Mr. Wieck {A.k.A. Mike Strong} in person?

If you have not,... {in which I expect to be the case}, then talking trash, and throwing out challenges on the internet,.. to people that you know nothing about,... really makes it seem that YOUR "logic" is very much flawed.{or under developed}

Just some friendly advice...

You might feel safe in your happy little world, with your rich friends, inflated ego, and your many, many, pitiable complex'es...
However,...
Just remember, that many people all over the world, that are much more stronger, smarter, and psychotic, then you,..read posts like yours, and feel an obligation to the human race, to start carving your name into their bullets..

I suggest you tone it down friend,...before some coroner is called in to mop your brains off the floor.

Something to think about..

Your friend,

WXW

that's funny.

you'd need a really tiny hammer and chisel to carve names into bullets- but I like the concept.

very effective WXW, very effective.

Bob#2
(carving you)

In my spare time I am a director at a local funeral home, and a masonary stone cutter...

I already have a secret place of lots in the woods full of ..."Bob's"...

What's one more huh?

We'll see who will be carving who's name.

Peace
WXW

I thought necrophilia was agaisnt the Wuxing Warrior code.

Are you sure you're a Wuxing Warrior?

By WuxingWarrior (Unregistered Guest) on Monday, December 12, 2005 - 07:30 pm: Edit Post

I thought trolling was against this boards code.

I guess for a king troll like you,... they made an exception.

point out one thing in all the threads you've ever posted on this forum that isn't "trolling",YOU lil' bitch.

Don't get mad at me because you exposed yourself as a king troll...
But then again,.. exposing yourself is something that you like to do with little children in your spare time, from what I'v read about you.
