Yeah, you could be right..media hype! I really think that deep down inside many people wanted to see Kimbo in a fight with someone that wasn't afarid of him. Adrei would do well against the fighters you mentioned,he is a superior striker, but I'm not sure of his ground game. All the fights that I have seen have ended fairly quickly with not much mat work. He did win one or two by submission. He has a rematch with Tim Sylvia Apr 15....should be a show. As far as Eurpoean fighters being so good, that's a very good question and point! I wish I colud answer that.

OK we get the picture. To all you Kimbo fans, if this big, black piece of •••• had a brain cell in that mug head of his, he might have escaped being choked by the better man Gannon. Now despite him laying a few punches, his black ass got handed to him on a plate. It's amusing that this video didn't have his "bad azz crew" talking •••• considering the only •••• in this video was the fighter who got knocked out. Despite Gannon's face looking a mess after the fight, he still didn't look half as ugly as Kimbo.

MMA is not an avenue Kimbo should travel. Bare knuckle street fight or at best a little boxing..you know Tough man type of thing! The guys that participate in MMA...at least the succssful ones have many years of experience under their belt. Whether it's Wrestling,Karate,Ju Jitsu they have some kind of foundation and they build from that. One mistake with these guys and they will have you picking up your dentures!! Break an arm or simply choke the •••• out of you! Sure there have been guys that get in the ring from time to time and land a few punches, maybe even get a KO, but by in large the contenders and pretenders are separated by training, skill and experience. Oh by the way Marc I meant Politically Correct...but I think you knew that!

So...are we only talking Gannon or other fighters...let's say mid level competitors. Good fighters, but not at the top of the food chain. I'm sure you could teach Kimbo a few submission holds and some counters moves. But don't under estimate Gannon, we relly didn't get an opportunity to see his MMA skills due to the enforcement of the rules(or interference)depending on who you wanted to win! Maybe I just don't want to believe you can take a crash course in MMA and be competitive against fighters that have been training for years. I see your win over Robert Bailey was by submission!!! Kimbo trains in Miami, FL at the Freestyle Fighting Academy with David and Marcos Avellan.

He's still young, only about 27 or so. he has talent, but probably a real bad attitude and thinks his prison standup game is enough. He'd get destroyed by fighters like Arlovski.

Team Quest has a pretty good stable of fighters! It most be amazing working and training with world class athelets!

I would love to see a mach between Chuck Liddell and Wanderlei Silvia....I've seen Silvia here in Japan many times and he has been kicking Ass for a while!He lost to Mark Hunt, but think he was out-sized by Mark Hunt, plus Hunt has a nice chin. Silvia and Liddell are both intimidating fighters and super intense. Niether would back down from the other!I think they are around the same weight 200lbs or so which should make it a do-able thing! Okay...Okay...Okay....Marc you like Hughes, we get it!!!
