Also do a search for Xin Yi, there are a couple of 35 minute viedos that cover the whole system. It is very nice. I wish I could find Xin Yi teacher where I am, but everything here is tae kwon do.

Yup they are great, I rarely see such young kids with that coordination, which can only come from great commitment towards their training and of course natural talent. They dont just kick or punch with only the arm or leg, but you can see how well the put their hips and body behind their techniques. I am hoping jr. will be as good! Cheers
