i wouldnt waste my time on it if i couldnt understand how it works. youre better off studying what you already know.

the funny thing about that video is the guy basically did exactly the same thing as me (what I wrote about in the other thread on here). He hit him only once at first to get him to back off and didnt continue until he kept coming at him, the diff is my guy started rolling on the ground threatening to call the cops and saying I broke his nose and getting up and cosntantly coming back after walking away, oh yea and the big diff was he actually ran back at me with a knife unlike this guy. Would have been interesting what the wing chun guy would have done then.
