Another person riding on the current kettlebell fad. Prolly leading to selling some kind of b.s. "kettlebell certification" lol. what a joke.

This isn't really about K-bells, but heavy complex training oppose to isolation training and naturally increasing testosterone production. Any specialist in the field TRT will tell you this is commonly known fact.

i believe the article's main focus was the effect of compound exercises on hormone levels, specifically testosterone and GH.
