I wonder what kind of detriments that has on the child's body in long term.

And when you stop doing these types of conditioning i.e. head feet etc, how long does it take for the body to resurface itself. You would hae to do it constantly for the rest of your life.

Thats why i prefer the softer styles. But shaolin is a badass art. Dont get me wrong, ive seen those shaolin kids do some amazing things.
