Traditional Sun Style Taijiquan DVD-1 (a one hour & 1/2, double DVD set), is at the duplication facility now and should be ready for sale in the next two weeks.

DVDs-2, 3 and 4 will be on the market in the next few months. [DVD-1 contains detailed demonstrations of alignment principles, exercises, footwork patterns along with partner drills to test proper footwork, posture testing and the opening and first 3 sections of the form, along with a demo of numerous applications from the form. DVDs 2,3 &4 contain subsequent sections of the form with posture testing methods for each posture]

Preview clips will be launched next week.

We did a pretty good job of capturing Tim's teaching style and there are no boring, fluff moments on the footage. Tim details and demonstrates correct alignment and posture, shows (8) strengthening exercises and details the basic footwork patterns. Then demonstrates the form followed by guiding a student through each section of the form, then demonstrates testing the student's line of force through each movement of the form.

Although I studied IMA with Tim for 8 or more years, I learned a ton while editing the footage.
There's simply a ton of information on the DVD and Its frickin' cool.

THAT'S GREAT! I wonder if folks will notice my boom-mic expertise and if any of those camera jiggles made it into the final cut (the camera guy didn't realize he left the remote in his backpack.... but I found it)
