Hi all ( espcially to Tim),

I read Tim's book of xingyi neigong and it described this 3 fists and 3 clubs. Are these actual techniques or principles/ characteristics?

Yuxian,
In general, it is difficult to separate principles and techniques in Xingyiquan. However, as far as I know, the "Three Fists" and "Three Clubs" are specific striking techniques.

Hi Tim,

Do these techniques exist in Hebei style XY? Are they advance techniques that combine the ideas/jings of the five elements?

I think the energies of these techniques are included within the Elements.

Robert,
Usually, "fan bei" refers to movements that involve turning the body while simultaneously moving the spine in a wave upward through the torso and out the arms. An example is found in some versions of the Hawk Form.
